1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SubCheck ("Service"), provided by Doz Designs ("we," "us,"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Accounts and Subscription

• Free Trial: We offer a 3-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan (Monthly or Annual) to continue accessing Pro features.
• Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

3. Payments and billing

• Billing: Membership fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
• Payment Processor: Payments are processed securely via Paystack.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

4. User Content and AI Features

• Data Ownership: You retain all rights to the data (subscription details, receipts) you enter or upload.
• AI Usage: Our "AI Image Scan" feature uses third-party AI models to process your uploads. You acknowledge that AI output may occasionally be inaccurate and should be verified.
• Prohibited Content: You may not use the Service to upload illegal, offensive, or harmful content.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-provided data), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Doz Designs and its licensors.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doz Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
